Please create a sample NodeJS/React/Flux website utilising the below technologies and versions. The site should have :

- 3 pages and a global template (from a .html file) which defines the base HTML <head> and <body> section

- The 1st page will be the "Homepage" (/ url) which will include a link to /login

- The 2nd page will be "Login" (/login url) which has a username and password field and button to submit. No need for functionality to actually login.

- The 3rd page will be a simple content page (/about) with just some generic text written (hello world is fine)

Technologies and versions:

- ES5

- React, 14

- Flux (to match React 14)

- Babel

- Express

- Foundation framework

- Gulp file to match

- Any other you think are appropriate to the task
