HTML integration project for 14 HTML pages into a Ruby rental and sales Website

We are are building a rental and sales website and need a the following completed by a productive and responsible freelancer.
1. We have 14 UI/UX completed HTML pages which need to be integrated into our website. They have been completed by our UI/UX team and are now ready for integration into our Ruby website; This project comprises 4 static pages & 10 Dynamic pages with sub-menues and sub tabs; the content of the dynamic pages comes from our data base held on a server.
2. The content comes from Db on all pages we have.2. We require a integration specialist who is fast, accurate and diligent
3. These pages are a mixture of dynamic and static pages. The integration must be responsive and flawless for desktop as well as mobiles. Our website is a Ruby website so you must be a Ruby specialist with excellent HTML to Ruby integration experience.
4. Only bid if you can start work now and can communicate with me and the team throughout your working day on work in progress.
5. Only bid on the full completion of this project. I will shortlist freelancers by competitiveness of bid, experience and past positive reviews. Full adherence to freelancer rules is a must, so no weird "placeholders bids" are accepted.
6. These pages must be fully responsive and the integration complete.
7. Your bid must include a testing, bug fixing and changes implementation period of 3 month after completion of integration so we can make sure that we have a fully functioning website .
8. You are expected to record your work completed on our work sheet at the end of every day so progress can be tracked by the team and questions answered.
