Javascript - add an attachment and send it to JIRA through API -- 2

I have an html form and some Javascript code that sends the information of the form fields to JIRA using the API, I need to add code to get an attachment and send a POST call AFTER the other POST call, handling the response and redirecting the user to the home page after a successful POST.
As you can see in the attached file there is a JavaScript code that sends a POST call to the JIRA server, the task will be:
- Handle the response of the first call
- Get the attachment from the form
- Make a second call to another endpoint to the same JIRA server (the endpoint can be found here: [login to view URL])
Development has to be done locally and the changes sent to me so I can deploy in server to test, after testing I will communicate any issues so we can fix.
Total payment for the job is $100, has to be done before Sunday ends.
