Pandemic Diaries

I want a website on which I can post a Diary entry. It should have a mechanism to attach the date and time automatically to the post, attaching location is optional. A navigation sidebar or top be to navigate between pages. Good fonts are very important. A comment section under each post page, where any surfer could post a comment by his/her name (no sign-up required). Fast text formatting options like a horizontal rule, Bold, italic etc, colour, fonts options column option are needed. User-friendly interface for the writer and the viewer. Keep the website simple and design it with CSS only, use pictures(.jpg, .png) as less as possible because they increase the loading time. Keep all the animations on buttons and sliders or scrolls smooth, the transition shouldn't be a click and immediately happen type, it should go smoothly making the website look professional. The website should not look like a WordPress website or any instantly build the site by a site builder.

Be free to use your creativity, you can use any open-source library, I would appreciate it if instead of images you use logos/icons but that's no a compulsion.

The whole theme of the website should be based on the title, it says everything.

I prefer two colour schemes: green-white, red-white(like the Christmas theme) and saffron-white-green(the Tricolor). You can choose any of them.

A section where I could post stuff apart from the diary(feed page).[Optional]

Hyperlinks to social media sites should be there, you can leave the hyperlink empty, I will myself put the links,
