Responsive HTML Email Template

I need a simple HTML email template that can be used on my Wordpress website. This email will be sent when potential customers submit a form requesting a quote on our website ([login to view URL]).
This template must be responsive, as in, it should be able to work on mobile (iOS and Android) as well as all desktop email platforms (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.). It must also include the same theme (colors, fonts), similar header and footer, and logo as the website, including links to social media. The sample email content can be found below.
