I need to compile an iphone app for adhoc testing on a few devices but do not have a developer ID. Our client is waiting for approval from Apple but we need to share a demo tomorrow. I am hoping to get a unique App ID provisioned for up to 4 devices for a short-term (72 hours) testing period. After that time, you can disable the app ID and provisioned devices.

NOTE: Not sure if this is relevant, but app is built using Adobe AIR.
