Creative caricature drawing from person photos

For a client of ours, a restaurant with a luxurious bar, we are looking for a creative draftsman / caricaturist who can convert the staff of this restaurant into digital caricatures. Based on pictures of this staff the artist should create a funny, yet classy drawing of this person.
These drawings will be used to dress up the cocktail / drinks menu. We got the idea from the bar menu of a cocktail bar in London. See reference photo as an attachment, it does not have to be exactly the same. We wish to start with 1 person to see if the style is right, in the end we should have 12 drawings of 12 people.
As a first drawing we will use Christophe , attached you can find photos of him. So the drawing should be from head to feet.
