Create short loop animations based in pre-existing characters and logos

Hello!
I am looking for a very talented animator that can create short loops of pre-existing characters and logos for an app.
The loops needs to be illustrated frame by frame in Illustrator format and the deliverable would be all the frames from the illustration in editable illustrator format plus a .gif file to approve the animation.
I am attaching one of the logos as an example of what I need.
On this case I need an animation where the elephant is walking in a positive mood, balancing his head and tail. I need the necessary frames to complete 1 loop so it looks like it is walking infinitely.
I need 3 animations like this one to start. If the results are great then more will come.
