I am looking for an opt-in email list of at least 2000 active North American emails. These recipients must be interested in home based business opportunities or seeking to buy franchise and must have been active within your list within the last year. I would like to receive a sample email list of 500 to test prior to sending the milestone to verify the quality of the list. The list should have reasonable open rate and minimal bounce rate.

If the bounce rate is higher than 30% you will not receive the remainder, this list must be high quality. This will include inactive addresses, blocked addresses, etc).
