Marketing for Mobile Application

Hello, We are looking for someone who could market our Mobile Application (available on both Android and iPhone).
We are looking for a particular segment of people to target, that we will let you know in PM if you are shortlisted.
You have to bid as per total new installs that you can get per 1000 new application installs. We will PM full details to shortlisted candidates. And then you can revise your bid after full requirements.
We are storing mobile ids of all new handsets that installs our application, so no duplicate ids and/or re-installs from one particular handset will be counted. So, if you may have any tricks to show fake installs without doing actual marketing, please do not bid on this project. Only geniune and reliable marketing experts needed.
This will be ongoing work for you if you will be honest and diligent. Also you should be able to work in such a way to get us atleast 1000 new application installs (for combined both iphone and android) per week. The more you get as early as possible the more fast yoou can earn.
