Amazon ses smtp configuration

I have configured amazon ses to 2 of my smtp server 2 weeks ago. I verified domain, dkim, added the keys to hosting and still the message is going to spam. I have checked the content, spam check, even plain text messages are going to spam. I have done lot of things to fix it, but still same issue.

This is seperate project. Also, I need 2 smtp server configured to hit inbox delivery. Per day quota for 1 smtp server is 10,000 emails. Remember, I know few things about hosting,vps and smtp configuration. Also, I know the content of the email is important. I just want all the emails to reach inbox.I think a good ip, may do the trick of inbox delivery. It should also be cheap and affordable. Let me know your quotes. Thanks.
