I am looking for an experienced AI developer to create an intelligent chatbot for my Shopify store. This expert system should be designed to answer customer inquiries, provide product recommendations and assist with order tracking.
Key tasks for the chatbot to execute include:
- Responding to customer queries about product availability, product specifications and explanations
- Performing product searches
- Explaining shipping and payment policies and guarantees
- Functioning in English and Greek
The chatbot is expected to integrate with a live agent for complex inquiries. This feature should be structured to escalate certain issues to human representatives for real time assistance.
In terms of product recommendations, the chatbot should provide insights into related products based on purchase history, popular and top-rated products, as well as products based on customer preferences and requirements.
Ideal candidates for this job would possess considerable experience in AI development, specifically chatbot creation. Additionally, fluency in English and Greek, familiarity with Shopify as a platform and an understanding of good customer service practices would be greatly appreciated.
