I require java code that does login/logout of OpenID v2.

Specifically your code should successfully authenticate for Hotmail, Yahoo, Google and Facebook accounts.

All of these use OpenID v2 spec.

Your java code will be used in Google App Engine for Java.

Code should be clearly commented with Javadoc.
