Update existing Android Project

There is a simple working android Project. I will take a picture with the camera, send it to a webserver and receive a new image. I want to update some functions:

- Camera selection (android 2.3) - Flash light

- Auto Picture timer - Change the existing icon and replace it with the attached logo.

I want to update some functions:

**Camera selection:**

With android 2.3 it is possible to select between rear and front camera. Add a selection of available cameras into the existing "Preferences" menu. Use the selected camera to take the picture.

**Flash light:**

Add a "Light" entry into the existing "Preferences" menu with selection: "Off", "low Light", "high Light" and "Flash".

Switch the light off, when "Off" was selected

Switch the light permanently on a low light level, when "low Light" was selected

Switch the light permanently on the maximum light level, when "high Light" was selected

Switch the light on when the picture should be taken, when "Flash" was selected

Switch the light off when the application was closed.

**Auto Picture timer:**

Add a "Auto timer" entry into the existing "Preferences" menu where the userer can input a time in seconds. The default value should be "0"

When the time is > 0 seconds: take a picture with autofocus, wait the timer in seconds, make the next picture and so on.

**Change the existing icon** and replace it with the attached logo.

The program should run wit android 2.1 - 3.0.

The camera selection has to be availabe when the OS delivers more than one camera.

You have to test your solution.

You have to use only free source code.

The code has to be efficient.
