We need a fully functioning enterprise level e-commerce website running an XML inventory feed. Site will be feature-rich (interactive seating charts with photo integration, advanced search options, hundreds of event pages, etc.) Must have an advanced shopping cart (similar to Amazon where you store different items from different sellers and checkout with all of them at once), checkout with CC authorization only (CC will be run MANUALLY), unique user accounts with different membership levels (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver 'levels' etc.), customer order status page with FedEx tracking integration, and a back-end admin panel for us to collect customer info for marketing purposes and update events on the homepage.

Simple text is OK. We are going to have a professional design company complete the visual branding for the site.
Experienced programmers only with 50+ completed projects, 9+ rating, and a track history for building great sites in the $2500+ range. Payment through escrow in 3 stages...15%, 25%, and 60% upon completion. Project must be completed by the end of December 2008.
