Ajax, JQuery improvements to Ajax/HTML small website

I need someone to help me complete a website for a client to meet the tight deadline.
The site is built using Ajax and HTML using code base [url removed, login to view], but some amendments are required.
1. I need a JQuery popup box on the homepage when one of the home page boxes is clicked, screenshot attached for example.
2. I have included a contact form on the contact page, this needs completing using an Ajax submission and success/failure notice.
3. On the main players page, there is a tabbed team select box illustrated there, this requires building.
4. Site to be optimise for speed where needed.
The deadline is tomorrow, so I need someone who is available to start now.
