javascript - Image resize and upload

Hi,
I am looking for a javascript project which can "browse" and get an image from disk and then resize it in the client-side and post it to server.
Before posting to server, the user have to give the option of rotating the image left or right 90 degree.
The image needed to be only downsized. No upsizing.
The size to which the image have to be downsized will be given in a text field while the page loads.
The file name to which the file have to be posted will also be given in a text field while the page loads.
The quality of the image downsizing have to be very high.
The size to which it have to downsize is the long edge of the image.
The important thing to consider is the compatibility with all browsers (ex: firefox, chrome, ie, safari, opera) and all mobile browsers (andriod, IOS).
The environment is ASP.NET.
I am using VS2013. The project in any version of VS is just fine.
