I need a website that convert video or gif image to html5. Its has some of functions like:

+ Fetch from URL (video/gif...)

+ Upload from computer

(do not resize function, ignore existing on database...)

+ Play in reverse, slo mo, speed up, or pause and analyze frame by frame.

- check account info, change account info

- view published video/images... converted

+ API for developer

+ RES integration
