Konvertierung Excel nach XML

Wir möchten unseren Kunden ein Rechnungsformular übergeben, welches er ausfüllen, ausdrucken und seine Kunden versenden kann. Anschließend werden die in einer Tabelle gespeicherten Datensätze in eine vorgegebene XML-Datei exportiert, welche von unserem Verwaltungsprogramm importiert werden kann.
Unsere Idee:
Kunde gibt Rechnungen in ein Excel-Tabellenblatt Zeile für Zeile ein, wobei er immer mit Sverweis die letzte Rechnung auf einem weiteren Tabellenblatt in grafischer Form zum Ausdruck für seine Kunden zur Verfügung hat. Die eingegebenen Daten, welche aus der anagrafischen Daten des Kunden und den Rechnungsdaten bestehen, werden für den Export mit einem weiteren Tabellenblatt zusammengeführt, welches statische Daten enthält.
Anhang:
- vorgeschlagenes Rechnungsformular (kann auch abweichen)
- vorgegebenes Outputfile im XML-Format (muss fix so sein, damit es importiert werden kann)
