Opentok Video Chat api Intergration -- 2

We are looking for an experienced IT freelancer who can help us in implementing opentok video chat API with our php web application.

Current Status of the implementation:

We already created php side code to get token ,[login to view URL] need help in client side code .

Requirement :

We need four button on web page. Start chat button, end button, video on/off and audio on/off button
