Pass values of PHP in Javascript files

This is an open source application for screen recording with audio/video and upload to you youtube. Screen recording can also be initiated from any website ([login to view URL] ).
Currently, to upload video to youtube, it take's vidoe's Name for youtube video's title and description
I want to make video's title and description dynamic to take values from PHP variables
After taking values from php variables, it will show data on 'preview' page as 'text' fields to that it can be edited further if needed, then upload to youtube ( [login to view URL] )
It will take values of PHP variables from where 'Start Recording' and 'Stop Recording' buttons are there. So, while initiating recording from 'start recording button', you can pass on values of PHP variables
We will also create a button to upload this video on 'facebook' page
So basically, you will do two things, first to pass values of php variables and share videos on facebook page.
