Simple POS using AgularJS2, Database is using PouchDB

I want to make a very simple POS that does not include inventory management and using AngularJS2 + Pouch DB as the database.
I will give the database structure.. It has these tables for your information:
table LocalAdmin ( login to use the apps )
table Category
table Customer
table Product
table OrderList ( List of all orders made )
table Order Status ( Can be pending, or payed )
No need for report.. Just the apps.. Normal styling, because this is a budget project type.. :)..
Please state your actual price & time needed. Remember, this is a budget project type.. If you would ask much higher that I state, please do not bid :)..
