we have designed a web site layout and need it coded with some customization's added

We are looking to have a designer tool implemented for use with our different products (45+) as well as custom logins for users, corporate, and affiliate with discounts for them. We would like sign-up sheets for promotions, and coupon codes. WE want to add an online store, along with Quickbooks integration, UPS integration, and Fed-Ex integration. There are other things to be done, but I think they will be included more with the basis of being an E-Commerce web site.
