Add feature to existing Joomla website

Currently users have to watch both videos before proceeding to take test. Some users miss a few seconds on the first video before hitting the next button so to fix then when they try to take test they have issues as they believe the first video is complete because it let them advance. Id like to make it where they cant advance to 2nd video until they have fully watched the first video.
Features:
1. Must watch all of first video before being able to advance to the 2nd video, once they have fully watched this video they are able to go back and rewind, fast forward and do all the normal features and its fully unlocked.
2. If a user has not fully watched the first video I would like the dialog to say: "Every second of the Laws video lesson must be watched before going to Handgun video lesson. Please finish watching Laws video training."
3. Once they have played every second then I would like the "next" button to appear. Before the button should be either greyed out or not present at all. Id like to make this transition easy to understand and simple and quick as possible.
