Joomla porting for small site

One of our clients has a very straightforward site... [login to view URL] ...
They want this porting to Joomla with only the following modififcations.
1. New Logo (we will supply) as they have re-named themselves. 2. slight change to striped bg (we will provide). 3. M oving clumsy pdfs to Docman or similar. 4. Removal of Residential Property > Property quoation.
The site is pretty cramped and would look better with some room to breathe. We'd like to use 1.5.
