I currently have a website at [login to view URL] and I would like to overhaul the template for faster loading speeds, full responsive functionality on mobile and tablets on both wifi and 4g networks. The site is heavily based around Jevents and RSMembership and takes online membership payments. I also need to highlight bulletins on scheduled events in a slick way.

The current template was created by me using a template tool but I am not satisfied with the stylesheeting or performance
