Parsing JSON into XML using IronPython

I’ve managed to get the data collection element of the script working but I need help converting the data into the expected format.

The retuned hostname has to be clean (replace & and @ symbols)

The sub element players is to be broken down into separate sub elements per player value returned.

The same sub element players needs a count on how many players are found.

If no one is connected to the server the sub element players does not exist so this need to be factored in.
