Project Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful freelancer to help us identify and establish new business relationships with brand name resellers (Distributors/ Importers/ Wholesalers, etc.) in Grocery / Pharmaceutical / Beauty /Toys within Canada. The primary objective is to connect with companies that offer competitive pricing compared to retailers in order to expand our network of suppliers. If you're looking for specific products and need assistance in locating them, I can provide you with targeted recommendations.
Scope of Work:
Research and Identification: Your main task will be to research and identify potential brand name resellers in Canada who are not currently in our network. This will involve using various online resources and databases to compile a list of potential leads.
Email Drafting: Once you've identified a potential lead, you will draft a personalized email to introduce our company and express our interest in establishing a business relationship. These emails should be well-crafted, professional, and persuasive.
Email Outreach: You will send these drafted emails using our company email address. Your responsibility is to initiate contact and spark interest from the potential leads.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain a detailed record of all the leads you contact, including their responses, if any. We will provide you with a tracking system or template for this purpose.
Deal Confirmation: You will be paid upon the successful establishment of a new business relationship. This means that if we sign an agreement, make a purchase, or engage in any significant business transaction with a lead you initiated, you will receive compensation.
Exclusion of Existing Relations: It's essential to ensure that the leads you pursue are not currently in our network. You will not be paid for leads that are already part of our existing business relationships.
Payment Structure:
You will be compensated for each successful lead that results in a new business relationship.
The compensation amount for each successful lead will be defined in our agreement.
Payments will be made promptly upon deal confirmation.
Project Duration:
This is an ongoing project with no specific end date. As long as you continue to bring in successful leads, you will be compensated accordingly. If your performance is exceptional, there is potential for a long-term, permanent position within our team.
Qualifications:
Excellent research and communication skills.
Proficiency in email drafting and communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with the Canadian market and business landscape is a plus.
Proven track record in lead generation and sales outreach is advantageous.
