Looking for legal advice for Ontario Law,

Household items

Household items

My wife sent me a text message 10 months ago stating we were separated as of that date.

We still live in the same house together, but separately.

I would leave the house if I could remove the items we have already agreed to, split

I have an email thread from over 2 months ago, between her lawyer and myself that has us agreeing to a list of household items she accepted that I would be leaving wh

However my Wife says I can’t take the items unless all separation matters are settled.

Questions:

1) Is it true that I can not remove any household items? Currently there is no separation agreement in place.

2) What happens to me if I remove the items?

3) If I vacate the house, but continue to pay the bills I’ve always paid, would it still be considered abatement if I choose not to live there anymore?

I can take pictures of every item removed if necessary.

I can not stand the anxiety of being in this house anymore!

I have given her a separation agreement to sign, she does not accept it and refuses to negotiate or amend it.

I just want out! But I’m not leaving without the items agreed upon.

Can you assist me on this?
