Family Lawyer- 9 year old- ACCESS/CONTACT ORDERS

BEFORE BIDDIN-----PLEASE READ!

** Hello. I have a situation. MATTER IN CANADIAN COURTS. **

I have represented myself to this point and Court has gone in my favor against my sons Mother. That being said due to COVID-19, she is trying to use this against me saying it is not safe for me to see my son. I have researched and read and know that all COURT ORDERS are to be respected.

OUR court order we have a schedule that is to be abided by... She is remarried and her new husband last 5 years keeps speaking into her ear and causing issues when there doesn't need to be any...I have actual threats and messages from this person saying, I will never see my son again more than once!

WE went to court and finally things were being normal again!.... because a court order was set in place. Its in my favour. Primary residence is hers, I have an access schedule.. Things went good for a while and now COVID 19 situation has happened!!

I have no more patience in trying to explain myself to this woman. Last 5 years of my life I have been doing nothing but fighting for a simple thing as seeing my son.(he has my last name!) Schedules never worked for this person(his mom)- For 3 years I was trying to express to this person that I need a regular routine schedule, both for my son and me to have a healthy, organized, and normal schedule. This is a toxic, narcissistic person who does not understand the importance of organization for a child. She does not respect/see me as a biological father in her twisted, warped, brainwashed mental state, especially when her husband (50 break ups minimum last 5 years) is back in the picture. Very unstable environment...

this person is a "know-it-all-personality" who truthfully knows very little about the world we live in... I am not asking for full custody or trying to fight for it(not yet), but I know i would have a good chance of winning If i showed every single shred of evidence I have...

All i need is someone WITH EXPERIENCE OF FAMILY LAW. To reach out to this person and make sure they UNDERSTAND that:

a) I AM THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER- I HAVE RIGHTS! my son bares my last night. I have been there and signed the birth certificate!

b) She cannot play around with court orders. The court orders are to remain regardless of any third partys (her husbands) views etc... I AM THE FATHER. Not her husband

c) matters between me and her, remain between me and her!

-STOP INVOLVING her husband

-STOP INVOLVING her mother

I have lost 5 years of wages dealing and fighting with his person over a simple thing as seeing my son which I am entitled too! My next step will be to file a full LAWSUIT for LOST WAGES and MENTAL/EMOTIONAL abuse against both her and her immature Husband. I have no time for this.

I AM THE BIOLOGICAL father. I HAVE RIGHTS. The COURTS have explained those rights to her and she still DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. She falls into a trap of being brainwashed from her back and forth husband who she is too weak to dispose of... The children are suffering... I dont care what she does personally anymore with her "relationship", but I do care about MY ACCESS RIGHTS...

I am also thinking about restraining orders & or strict Contact orders. I feel as though I do not need to speak with these people anymore... my son is 9 years old... I just need to know when I see him or not...

If someone can help me to contact my sons mother as a 3rd party it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
