Return me clean replicated variations of our Logo

I have a logo that we are keeping but need two variations of it, same fonts, colors must match and I need hires and Res PNG, JPG, EPI, etc for print and marketing, etc.
1 - I need a new logo with these fonts and colors. This Logo will be the letters IAP only. I is in the redish color, A in that yellowish color and P in redish color as well. Perhaps send me two samples one with the A in center leaning like in the original logo.
2 - I need a logo returned to me mirroring our original, but instead of saying commercial services below remove that and have it say: Assurance Program
