Access Database form design

I have two tables.
Machines, this contains information about each machine i have.
Consumables, A list of everything that can go in all machines.
I need a form creating where i can select a machine and then allocate a consumable to that machine.
e.g. [login to view URL] = 2, Uses [login to view URL] 3,6,12.
This should also store the information of 'Frequency' how often does this Consumable need changing and Measure that is needed to fill the machine. (Daily,Weekly,Monthly,Yearly)
Ideally, unless suggested elsewise, This would be a form with two subforms. 1st showing all available Machines. When one is selected, it will filter a second subform to show all the consumables allocated to that machine.
I would then also like a report, This report should show how much each machine will cost on a yearly basis from each of its consumables.
e.g.
Machine Name, Consumable1,Consumable2,Consumable3 with their associated costs.
