Database Expert for Advanced Button Programming

I need an expert in Access databases to help me enhance functionality of my form. I want to program navigational buttons to perform specific tasks:
- Go to the next record
- Go to the previous record
- Go to the first record
- Go to the last record
- Save record and clear for the next one
- Search records function
A successful freelancer should be able to showcase their past work, particularly projects where they designed and programmed forms in Access having similar or advanced functionalities.
Design-wise, I am seeking someone who can apply a simple and minimalist style to the buttons, letting the functionality take the foreground and not the visuals. This project is more about technical prowess, and less about aesthetic design. Prior experience in minimalist design, however, is definitely a plus.
