App that detect if the phone is moving (use accelometer or camera)

We want to know and detect while phone is on If user pick up the phone from table or took out the phone from his pocket.
If the phone changed state from a stable state like in table or pocket (that can be slight noisy) and moved with the user hand .
moving from "zero" to movement.
App must detect the situation of phone moving in backround and play a sound when occur.
Can be done with any sensor -camera accelometer gyro and any suggestion.
Code and project will be compiled in my laptop.
