Hybrid IOS Dating App (React.Js)

We need a Hybrid iOS app written with React.js so that when we port it over to Android we can maintain the code base in the future. All wireframes, prototype and the style guide are all ready for development. Once we find the right developer - we provide the prototype and a very thorough explanation of how the app functions – this way we keep our project safe. The app must include an admin panel to manage the app as well.
**** We are looking to develop a dating application that allows on-demand reservations of dates.
Male users will be able to set up the date (pick the girl, time/day, duration and the location). Our business model is significantly different than most dating app's (Tinder, Bumble etc). However, there is a handful of standard features that we would like to incorporate (Invite Friends, Verified Profiles, Filtering, Private Messaging, Profile building/editing, Exclusive Paid Memberships, Push Notifications, Favorite users, and more++.).
We are looking for someone who has experience with developing dating applications. The developer should understand the full scope of our service and can provide recommendations on best practices and common pitfalls help us avoid. The developer must produce clean code with a quick turnaround and within budget. You must be flexible and very responsive. While we have a pretty clear picture of how we want our service to work, it is still in the startup phase so your input is highly encouraged.
