Write an Android application for TTS hindi/ Nepali

I need a simple android application which can read Hindi text in to speech real time basis. It should be offline and online. I should able to edit the pronunciation and train it as per our need.
You can use reference of Google TTS code for Android, or any other TTS which can be customized the tone , phonetic etc.
Priority will be given for experienced one.
I need source code with Cleanly written comments for the further use.
