I need to create an app that allows people to advertise the services they provide.
The layout/idea should be similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] which allows a feedback/rating system but instead of hotels, we are looking at services instead.
The freelancer should ideally be from Singapore however I am ok with overseas as well. He should also be able to know how to bring this app from an idea to becoming an actual running app. If servers are needed, he must be able to advise how to get this done and how much it costs.
