Write an iPhone application to query Apple watch data

I will need an iOS application to have the following requirement:
1. A simple GUI to display Heart beat rate , GPS and motion sensor data data.
2. Get the real-time data from an Apple watch and display on the GUI.
3. The time to query Heart beat rate is 2 second, GPS is 5 seconds, and motion sensor would need to be 100ms to 1 second depends
4. Hardware platform is on Iphone 7 ~ Iphone 8 + Apple watch 2.0/3.0
5. Using either xCode or Xamarin
3. Delivery will be source code, and an instruction document for the development platform setup.
