Merging Excel/ CSV table to MongoDB collection

We have a mongodb database with one collection containing millions of documents in Arabic and Latin scripts. The main fields are: firstName, lastName, fatherName, motherName and dateOfBirth, we want a software that can connect to that collection, then we can load any excel or csv table containing different columns and rows.
The software will check the header of the excel/csv file and detect the columns. And ask the user what are the columns that he wants to include in the matching decision, and to which mongodb field it must be compared.
The software will then ask the user what are the columns in the excel/csv table that are required to be merged.
For each excel row, if one match is found in our database the software will merge it automatically, so the columns of that row that are required to be merged are added to the corresponding mongodb document.
At the end of the automatic merging:
1- The software must list the excel rows (one by one) that had multiple matches and show all the matches (found in our mongodb collection) to the user, and the user must be able to choose manually the correct match.
2- Then the software must start listing (one by one) all the excel rows without a match, and suggesting the closest matches, like for example if one letter is different in the father’s name, or everything is matching except the date of birth. So, the software must list all potential matches, and the user of the software can choose the correct match, and the software will then do the merging according to the chosen match. The manual merging part must be savable. So that the user is able the continue his work even after restarting the software.
