We are running a large promotion. Consumers will come to our website with an access code which will give them access to a video download. They can choose from three videos. We need "user-side cookies" to limit them to downloading one video in 24 hours.

Since I am not a programer, please detail for me how this works. The more detail the better. Where do I install the code you give me?

Also, the consumer will be receiving an email with the download link. I'd like to put something in the email so that:

1) They cannot forward the email to their friends.

2) The download link expires in 24 hours.
