We have one Antivirus in Delphi and we need Firewall source code in Delphi.

we have found one open source firewall at : [login to view URL]

(we have not tested this app for working - you can check before start work).

but it is not in Delphi 7. we want someone can re-write this firewall into Delphi 7 and it must work in all OS for 32 and 64 bit including vista / windows 7/ windows 8 / windows 8.1 / server 2003, server 2012 and give us. Give us the features list which you will made before award.
