Looking for Node.js developer to develop code to integrate with blockchain using public nodes or install nodes when is not have public like infura.

What is expected

1) Generate private key and address from bip39 seed (create)

2) Create transaction at hex format and broadcast it (send)

3) Listen for a list of address, not by rest api, need to be something like websocket, and when a transaction happens, get transaction details

4) Install node at ubuntu when there is no public, like infura.
