Products, action photos, and laboratory stills

We need to have professionally photographed product stills for product flyers and action photos of our lab and products for website and white papers. I included some examples of the current stills and an example of the action photos we want.
I'm looking for someone who can take awesome pictures, so I'd like an expert. I was budgeting between $75 to $100 an hour. But I'm not sure what it would typically cost. I am sure there are minimum charges to cover a few hours. I'd also like to add headshots for our team. Timing wise, the week of December 6th would be ideal. We are flexible, but we can't do it earlier. I think a whole day shoot should cover what we need.
