Stitching & editing 8 photos together in Photoshop

I have 8 photos taken at a music festival that I need stitched together to form a continuous, complete panoramic image.
I require somebody to stitch the 8 images together, and edit the images to ensure that the sky is a consistent, realistic blue colour, all the elements of the image line up, there are no weird floating heads in the crowd etc.
The successful bidder will need to be somebody with a keen eye for detail as the images are quite complex (a lot of people and background items such as flags and stages etc).
I will require the final PSD file in a format that can be opened in Photoshop CS3, complete with all layers so that I can flatten the image and export for printing, and do further editing if necessary.
