Photo realistic rendering

I have a completed sketchup model of a small floating house that I require to be rendered to a very high standard. I would like 2 exterior views of the small house and 2 interior views. Additionally I would require two zoomed exterior views of the house to be photoshopped into a scenery/landscape photo I will supply.
Attached are screenshots of the model. I will supply full 3d file to the person completing the job.
