I need an experienced ruby on rails developer to build me an auction website. I have the design already completed I just need the coding done. It would be more of a buy it now type of auction website and not one where you bid. It should have all the features of your basic auction website with feedback, watchlist, favorite sellers, blacklist, etc.

All payments for the transactions on the site will be made via paypal, so I need that integrated.
