I am looking for a programmer who is familiar with creating custom toolbars.
Must have the following:
1. Good Popup Blocker.
2. Setup to use our search engine.
3. Un-install feature.
4. Complete set up for user to download.
5. Other features that you may feel are appropriate.
I will want some design graphic (logo) work also. And a "picture" of the toolbar as a jpeg or gif file to use on our site.
This must be completely professional in design and funtionability.
