We need an application that will keep track of pages visited in Internet Explorer or Firefox. When a new page is requetsed we will call a web service that will store the URL requsted. It will also store the title of the page. It will also need to store a value for the clientID and a MachineID. This information will probably be stored in the registry.
I prefer that the application would be written in VB.NET. The web service will be written in ASP.NET 2.0/VB.NET and the database will be MySQL 5
There will be a web application that the client can login to and view the web history for each machine. They will have the ability to delete records by date range.
When they view the data they should see:
Date/Time
Page Title
URL
We will of course need an interface where the user can sign up and download the sofware.
