We are looking for someone to develop a simple website in C# and ASP .Net that interfaces with a SQL Server and Amazon S3.
First and foremost is a professional looking website. I don't mind if you use a template, but it must look polished and professional.
The website will allow users to upload data and select a service they want and they enter their e-mail address and a unique password for that file. They will receive an e-mail confirmation.
On the admin side, the admins can download the data, process it, and then upload it again along with some preview pictures and mark the user files "complete". The user will then receive an e-mail that their data is ready and be given a link that takes them to a page where they need to enter their e-mail and password. Then they can view the images of their data and download it. After the first download, the data should be deleted from s3.
Bug fixing is required for a period of 4 weeks after acceptance.
If the initial business turns out to be successful there will be add-on projects after this one.
