Xajax Error Need Fix ASAP

I'm encountering this Ajax error on site. It happens randomly, so I don't know how to actually generate this error, but I do see the errors in the error log. The error log shows 404s because of this error. So, I believe if this error is fixed, my 404s will go away also. This error is happening on all my sites which is using a PHP shopping cart. The error is happening on e-commerce store. Now here is the Error: error: the xajax javascript file could not be included. perhaps the URL is incorrect? URL" content/ajax/xajax_js/[url removed, login to view] I spent a considerable amount of time to try to fix this, but was not successful. So, I'm going to try to find someone who might be more experienced and encountered this error before and has a solution for it. Need this fixed ASAP. Thanks

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
